I was very disappointed. We had an appointment today with Magic City Chimney Sweeps at 3 PM to have our fireplace cleaned. At 3:45, my husband called to ask if they were still coming. They stated that they would give the driver a call. My husband called again at 4:00, 4:10 and 4:30 and did not receive an answer. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same.
