I found them on the internet and they were by far the lowest price per square foot. Because our dark, office carpet wasn't that dirty, it was ok to pay the least amount. The owner told me by phone that it would be $.12 per square foot for our 1100 square foot office space. When my boss called to schedule, he was told it would be $.22 per square foot. When I called to discuss the price change, the owners brother was rude, said to find another cleaner and hung up. I called back the next day, spoke to the owner again and begged him to please come out, which they did. Within a week of having...
