Rude employees, bad service, just don't give a damn. Especially the rude old ladies in the men's clothing area. I won't spend my money here where it's not appreciated. I'll gladly go across town...

So I go to this location often because Ms. Mary in intimates and the older gentlemen in the men's department is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Other than that, the Estee Lauder counter is the pits!!!!...
