M&M gave me a quote of $229.39 to replace a circuit board on my furnace. The installation fee was $99. This seemed reasonable to me as I had already done my homework and checked with (2) parts places who quoted a part price of $220.00 for the circuit board. When the M&M serviceman arrived, he told me it would cost me $419.00+. They upcharge the price of the part 100%. RIP OFF, DO NOT BELIEVE...

The only good thing about this company is they were timely. They charged me $94.95 to walk in the door at 11:00pm on an 15 degree heavy windy night. They dianosed the problem as a fan motor. I was told the motor would be 420.00 plus the 94.95 servive call. I agreed,what do you do on a freezing night. He could not make his motor work, said it needed an OEM motor. Left me with no heat said he...

M+M has serviced my furnace three times in the last 12 years. they just installed a new Furnace and Air conditioner for my mother... They do gerat work and they are family owned and operated
