They charge a $210 - $250 service fee to come to your house. After they ordered a wrong part (which was free), they tried to charge me that twice. No thanks. The other work they did was satisfactory, though.

The did a good job but they were too overpriced. I had to pay them 2-3 times what my plumber usually charges me for a similar job. Next time I'll just wait until he is available.

M. Cary and Daughters just installed a tankless water heater for me. It was actually fun to have these people in my home. I want them to come back when they can stay longer! And the water heater rocks!! Sooooo happy!
