Buyer beware. The company is not financially sound and moves from place to place -- currently operating out of the owner's apartment. The owner filed bankruptcy in 2012 . As a result, his line of credit to purchase building material is sketchy, at best. Consequently, the owner will ask for money up front. The pictures posted on the many web sites are deceptive and suggest that the company built the homes in the pics. NOT. I checked for permits for the past 5 years. None could be found. So, if you hire this company, know that you may be left holding the bag.
