Amazing how dumb

i'm surfing around - actually in the market for another sauna for my spa. i have a luxsauna now and definitely would/will buy another one. they are amazing.
after reading this guys - scam watcher - (NOTE: i've seen this guy on other sites as well as this one - complaining about every possible kind of product there is, 100s of complaints) search it out.. you'll see what i mean.

My 2008 3-5 person corner Infrared Luxsauna caught on fire last night.  Luckily, I was siting in the sauna at the time and noticed some flames and smoke coming from the top of my sauna.  I immediately got a blanket and water and put out the 1 foot flames.   It was an amazing experience.  All my fire alarms were going off in my new home.   I was luck to not burn the home down.  We do have smoke...

We tried to satisfy this customer!

It is true this person was delivered a damaged sauna due to shipping not our Quality control.  Now not only did we replace the sauna but we also gave a partial refund for the trouble. THIS CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED and we heard nothing of new complaints.

Then OVER 90 days later called and wanted a 100% refund for not being satisfied.  Of course there is going to be a restocking fee - should...
