What is the purpose of having a phone when you cannot get through to make an appointment or asked a question..I have been calling all day and no response to inquire about meds for my grandfather who cannot just run there everytime he needs to get med refill and when he come you argue with him for just coming in..I hope I wont have to call the newspaper to report the status of patient care...
