I love this apartment community. The apartments are beautiful and it's centrally located to everything that I need. You get the feeling of being in your own little village.

It doesn't hurt to have a liquor store, cleaners, and shopping mart on site either!

The move in process went smoothly and staff that helped us get settled were very kind (thank you Ashley). HOWEVER, after being residents for a few weeks everything started to go downhill. We have lived here for six months now and truly regret our decision to rent at the Lugano. If we could afford the early termination fees we would be out of here in a heartbeat!

1) Believe what you read. If you see 10 negative reviews for every positive review, there is some validity to it.

I stayed at Lugano for two years, so I've had a long experience there. Here are the pros and cons.

Pros:
a) From the outside, the apartments look nice and they are fairly new.
b) If you use public transportation, the 21 comes right in front of the stop....
