If you can tolerate the long wait for your sandwich, this is a great place. Excellent ingredients and quality food. I recommend you call ahead and order - it will save you a lot of time.

Lucca's offers some decent Deli sandwiches, turkey, roast beef, corn beef etc. They always use fresh French rolls and give you a decent size sandwich. Prices are in line with other sandwich shops but are more expensive than Subway. The sandwiches taste much better than Subway. Give then a try!!

This sandwich shop has been here for ages and I knew the original owner! Although it changed hands many years ago the food is excellent and and they carry a great many Italian specialty items to take home as well. Grab a sandwich, sit inside or outside and enjoy! Best sandwich shop in Castro Valley!
