Epic fail #lowes we spent an hour and a half in your store this evening, and none of the $1500 worth of product we wanted to buy was in stock. We then tried to do special order and after waiting for 30 for a person, we were sent to customer service upfront who said "can't you order it on your computer at home" and when we responded that we would rather order in store, all parties involved...

Had to drive 30 minutes to this Lowe's in Vista because the one 5 mins from my house didn't have the model dishwasher I wanted and I needed to sign the delivery and installation papers in-store. Ok whatever... I can deal with that.
However right now, it is 7:15pm and I am STILL waiting for the dishwasher to be delivered and installed, after they gave me a 2-6pm window.

The employees here offer no assistance. I've been to other Lowes and the employees always ask if you're finding everything alright. At this location, it takes a while to find someone who works there and most of the time they don't even know where things are.

Very low lowes performance they fooled around for 5 months sending us back and forth to different people and in the end they blew us off for the amount of money spent (over $15,000) for any kitchen improvements. Very low quality customer service.
