When I have to constantly interrupt the staff at lowes because there conversation is more important than the paying customer. It makes the 20min drive to home Depot a little easier. This coming from a contractor who visit at least 3 times a week. Customer service can make or break a business always remember that. 2014 Angie's List Super Service Award winner.
