I buy a brand-new Troy built push mower 189 and 2 months later it quits running. Service dept tells me nees a new motor and they refuse to make this right. Wayt back yoy products. I'll never shop here again the service is horrible and they refuse t back the products they sell.
Very poor customer service and poor quality products. 2/3 of what was delivered was damaged. Like to give the run- around instead of fixing problems. Multiple trips had to be made to customer service desk which is extra time and money. Extremely disappointed. No plans to shop here any more.
My father and I purchased a new riding mower 10 days ago. 6 phone calls later we are still waiting for it to be delivered you called again today and said it would be tomorrow. If not I will be there for a refund. My parents are in there late eightys and they don't need this kind of unresponsable and air headed crap.
