We have never had a bad experience at Newport Lowes. We went to the Greeneville Lowes one day for something and it was awful. No one offered to help; no one knew anything about how to help with our project. The Newport Lowes has spoiled us! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We will not be making the mistake of changing Lowes again!
