I made a special trip to Lowe's on S. Memorial Parkway to purchase an aluminum blind. I live apex. 15-20 miles from the closest Lowe's store. When I got home and opened the box (which had been re- sealed) I found some of the hardware missing. I made the second trip to return the blind and got a replacement (checking the replacement for hardware). I got home and opened the box to install and...
