I love lowes they have the best customer service, the people are so nice and know where everything is at in the store. All you have to do is ask someone in a red vest. I want to give a shout out to everyone who works at store 2215 y'all do a very great job keep up the good work. Team work smile emoticon

Worst customer service ever! Walked in at a very non-busy downtime of the day (8pm-ish) and walked right past 5, FIVE! different employees who did not ask if I was looking for anything, which I was. Finally had to approach someone to ask where staples for staple guns are located. That employee didn't know. So she asked another. The second woman didn't know either, but walked away from me.
