I am giving this Lowe's 3 stars only because of the merchandise which they carry which is good and plentiful. However, If I were rating them on customer service, they would do well to get 1 star. It seems to be a self help store only. No matter how lost you are or seem, all those people in the red vests just ignore you. I went to the store several months ago to look for a washer and dryer....

Just wanted to give a big shout out to one of Lowe's Employees~ Jamie. She has been helping me today with some fraudulent charges that were made to my husband's credit card last night at their location in Tennessee (we however live in Georgia).
