Gregg P in appliances is the most professional, and helpful person I have ever encountered in any establishment I have been to. He is literally the guru if appliances and goes above and beyond after you choose what you want by doing a price comparison with you. True a pleasure to meet him. Don't trust the FWB Lowe's on their promised delivery times. Arranged an AM delivery and day of delivery I was informed my freezer would the 1st delivery on the 10 AM truck. Just after 10 AM I received a call from delivery truck driver that the delivery would be between 1230 to 1530 hrs. So I am here buying paint for my deck. I look at the color chart pick out my color and the guy makes the paint. Oops the paint does not matcha he swatch because someone ripped the color off. The lowes worker says anyone with common sense would know sandstone is not white. Hey buddy. Find a new job!!!!

The store manager of this FWB store is one of the most unprofessional human beings I have ever met. I cannot believe the employees have similar experiences along with the customers and yet he still has his title making a much larger paycheck and yet he does not lead by example. Do not spend your money here. Help the smaller business or order online. People like this do not deserve their titles...
