I was disappointed when I went into the Escondido store looking for help in purchasing some boards that my sons could use for their Break-A-Thon for karate class. They were so excited! Been walking around store for 20 minutes trying to find charcoal. After walking past 7 employees and not one asked if I needed help or even said hello. I Finally asked a cashier for help and all she said is "it's by the grills" and didn't even give me directions to where the grills where. Finally found them hidden away …
