This is the worst store for customer service or even just plain old customer respect. I had an employee threaten me about a return. He started screaming about extra work and went on to mumble people like me should be around him I couldn't believe it. Josh Freeman is his name. I went to Lowes yesterday, without knowledge of what I was about to do. I found a DIY project online and went to get pieces. I explained to the men what I wanted and needed. There were two guys Ken and Greg, that saw my distress and asked if this was my first time building something, I said yes. They went that extra step and built my little wood pedestal that I needed. I was forever grateful....

Warning! Lowe's management team (Miike, Aaron, Adam and Jamie - DBQ) have been unresponsive to our concerns about customer service issues. Beware and don't trust any promises that they make. We've had numerous phone conversations with less than favorable results. If you would like to know more...I will be filing a formalized complaint with the BBB.

Purchased a washer on Monday....couldn't get the "Next day delivery on in stock items" so had delivery for today around 3:30. Called at 8 pm asking where my delivery was after being told at 4:30 it was on the truck. Was told my delivery date was now not until the 21st. And what will they do? Jack shit!
