I would not recommend Dr. Carretero. I am afraid she does not appropriately treat her patients and neglects patients prescriptions and treatment plan timelines. She mistakenly put me on an antibiotic for a year when it was only supposed to be a 6 month treatment. No one followed up about this and I took the prescription for the year long time. Terrible front office staff. Rude and unhelpful. Never even got to see the doctor because the staff booked my appointment incorrectly and they could not fit me in (even though texts and emails from them confirmed the date and time that I arrived for the appointment.).

I've seen both Dr. Carretero and the nurse/aesthetician - Maggie. I came in for one issue and Dr. Carretero proactively pointed out an irregular skin mark I hadn't noticed. And Maggie did a great job of treating my skin - it looks fantastic. I got carded when I went out tonight!

The office staff doesn't know what they are doing. WORST customer service I have ever had in a professional office. Purchased a package treatment and the final treatment could not be done.
