The dentists attending their patients are awesome but the problem that I have encountered numerous times is rescheduling. I can have an appointment scheduled and I prepare for it with my work schedule and then all of a sudden it is rescheduled by them at the last minute. Take for today as an example, I had an appointment scheduled for this upcoming Monday and they just called me this morning...

Total rip off. My son waited weeks to go to his appointment, and yet, when we went, all he had was X Rays done. Apparently, they don't work on kid's teeth...that would have been good to know WEEKS ago. And, we still had to pay. DON'T BOTHER with this place!

Been coming here since I got braes in 2005. I got my braces off in 09. But even though I'm long done with my treatment they still ask me to come in for regular check ups to make sure my teeth are...
