So every restaurant has its special dishes and its not-so-fantastic ones, too. I lived for 8 years in South America and often have massive ceviche withdrawal. I have been to 3 South American restaurants since coming home and Los Cabos Ceviche Mixto has been the best so far.

Since there isn't much open for lunch downtown, we wandered into uncharted territory today.
