My 5 yo son had a three teeth extracted by Dr. Pandez and her male assistant. They were patient, encouraging, gentle and provided a positive and nearly pain free experience for my son.

Have you new staff introduce themselves prior to working on a new client. Also don't talk to the client with the back facing the client, it's considered rude. These comments are for the staff, not the dentist.
