We submitted a loan to Lone Oak fund and they made an us a "supposed" offer. When our borrower decided not to go with their offer, they circumvented us and went directly to the escrow company. i guess this is their game. If you do not take their offer they go directly to your client and try to go around you. This is a complete ripoff as they charge an upfront fee that youprobably won't see...
