Straight to the point, if you're looking for dependable service, this is NOT the place for you. First, they never answer the phone. If you call right right, I bet you they will not answer. Go ahead, try now I'll wait...............See, I told you. If you can find this shack of a building they call a ""building"" I'd be very surprise. If they pick up your TV, they'll pick it up in an old beat up car, not very comforting. The service is horrible as soon as they fix your TV, it goes out again in about 20 days. Thank God I have a 30day warranty, so you THINK. Your TV will go back in for repairs...
