Loft is pretty expensive, but it's so great for that business-casual work look! I don't need to dress up for my job but I like to look nice. This is a great store for that! Their sales are great...

Terrible customer service!!! While shopping with my children the manager said "this is not a daycare". I find it very offensive that Ann Taylor Inc. condones this type of disrespect and discrimination from their employees.
