First off, the actual location is unbeatable for the price of rent. However, the area around the building is not so great. It's sort of cut off from the neighborhoods around it (old town, mission hills, little italy) The units themselves are very modern and well built, with the exception of the lower level units which lack windows. I love living here, and the staff always friendly and helpful, the neighbors always cute and we often have a glass of wine at barbeque common
