I loaned my car to my nephew because he wanted to go to some friends party that was a couple hours away from where we live. The first thing I told him was not to loose the keys because I don't have back up ones. I'm pretty sure you guys know what happened. He lost my keys and I had to call locksmith. My room mates and I had to boot out another room mate because he was just a complete and total psycho. After he broke back in a few times we realized that he didn't actually give us his keys (he had made multiple copies and still had sets) so we REALLY needed to get the locks changed for our safety. I'm the type of person that askes a million questions when im new at something or not familiar with it. This company was so patient with me and didn't rush me to get service with them. That was very kind of them! I ended up getting service with them and I was really happy at the end.
