"The Little Yoga Studio, offers a range of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Restorative Yoga, different levels of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga classes and something called 'The Mix' which is a yoga/pilates class. As a yoga snob I can confidently say that the teachers at this studio are AMAZING. Almost all of the classes are all levels and every teacher I have taken with has been stellar."

My favorite "little" oasis to re-center, re-energize and re-fresh my body and mind. I've enjoyed the various stylings of very instructor and keep coming back with no hesitations.

Cute intimate studio. Vivian was amazing! Can't wait to get back to one of her classes. Feel like I got a workout AND zen'd out at the same time! Still on a high 4 days later!

The name says it, it is a small studio. However, this place is welcoming, the decor is nice & the instructors are great.

For me, personally (at my beginner level) it would be 4.5 stars. However, for advanced yogis (who don't mind/want a "hot yoga" room, it would be 5 stars).My review is only for the Intro. to Ashtanga class, Friday at 12pm w/ Merrin.I'm on a one month trial with FitMob ($1 for 30 days).
