If there was a ""Zero Star"" option I would use it!! By far the WORST, most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I took my wedding dress to the Little Seamstress to get altered. The women in the store laughed at me and told me that the alterations I wanted were not possible. They even went as far as to tell me that I should return the dress and start looking for another dress!! Who tells a bride to find another wedding dress?!?! I took my dress to another alterations place and they said ""No problem! We can do ALL of those alterations."" Clearly the Little Seamstress lacks the...

I recently took a blouse into get altered (do not be deceived by the charming storefront!). The blouse was brand new with tags and was in perfect condition. When I came back to pick up the blouse there was an imprint from the sewing machine on the front of the blouse. I pointed it out the clerk and she said in a very firm voice 'we did not do it'. Although iIt is quite obvious that the imprint is from the sewing machine. I called the Little Seamstress this morning to speak with the manager and she was very unaccomdating!
