Great Service - Great People

I've been using Lindstrom Air for over 5 years. They always send friendly people to my house (they even wear plastic shoe covers to stay clean). They give me a fair analysis of any problems, always make sure my system is clean, and charge me less than what I would expect to pay for the work. Always professional and efficient.

Eddy came on time and was the cleanest and most polite serviceman I've had. He explained everything he did in language I could understand. Hope when I need again for next years checkup of our new ac system, that I get him.

Well this will be the 5th time in a week they've been out. I'm on vacation and can't leave my house half the time because if I shut all my windows my pets will probably have heat strokes. Horrible customer service. No communication within the company. I'm stuck as a tenant, but I would never EVER use this company.
