We would be 5 star for you if someone would come out and straighten up the putty job around the back window as one of your phone salesman who called afterward said they would do. Also, need some paint, that I have on the screw holes in our shuttters on the front of the house. Other than that we love the windows. Quieter, easier to open. You just haven't kept the word of one of your telephone...

Promises, promises............ I was in a rush and obviously the salesman knew this so he promised delivery and installation of the windows by a certain date. They were two weeks late which caused much disruption with my move and other remodeling. This installation of siding was much more difficult than when they installed our windows. The weather and a problem with the distribution company, NOT LIFETIME, was problematic. However, Tim did a good job of keeping us informed and went out of his way to make sure the gutters were back on before expected because of the weather.
