Used to be great, but is getting worse every year. And they keep raising prices despite being told we would have the same monthly rate for life. Waterfalls in jacuzzi (used as a massage) were also removed in the past year.

The customer service has been a constant issue. The latest of which we signed the pool papers for other users to bring in children with memberships without parent. They love taking your hard earned money. I put my membership on hold for $10 a month , or at least that's what I was told. Apparently it goes up to $16 the next month and no one felt that was as an important fact to tell me. The typical bait and switch. Beautiful gym but corporate values
