Necessary Evil

My only real comment to all of that is in regards to the Storage place that does not do auctions. If that is how they wish to do business, that is there own choice. However, the storage industry has to have auctions to clear out people who are taking up space.If you owned a business and you have rotten food, merchandise, etc, taking up space you would clear it out for new business. More affordable solutions

It sounds like this individual couldn't afford the unit from the very beginning.  All of the hard-luck stories did not move me.  It would have been much much cheaper to have rented a safety deposit box at a bank for important documents and the animals' ashes.  It sounds like she had these units for years with a lot of just household goods in there and she should have sold them or kept them with...

I am a former employee of Uncle Bobs, it was the WORST 5 years of my life. IMHO: Whatever you do beg on street corners before working for this company, its a better life and it took me 5 years to figure that out.
