Do not order anything online from Lids. I placed an order for a visor, on July 17th. I waited patiently for a week, and after not getting a confirmation I called to get status. Giving one star makes me cringe. Terrible customer service in store and even worse service online. Took a month to get my order and customer service is no help. They basically say "oh well, very sorry". I have a feeling they have to say sorry to everyone that buys online and I doubt they have a lot of repeat customers... Lids sucks!!
