Liberty Towers is clearly the top luxury rental building in Jersey city. We have been here for an year and would rate the building, staff, amenities comparable to a luxury hotel. The steep rental increases in the last year is making the building seem like $$$$ for JC. Though it does have the best location in JC and best access to downtown NYC from JC.

My partner and I looked at many apartments in JC before finding this gem. We have been very pleased with all that is offered here. The staff is great...professional, attentive and always willing...

Smoke and mirrors. Looks nice on first glance, but it's actually a pretty crappy building.
Not enough doormen - you don't get your packages on time and there's so much turnover and air bnb going on that the doormen don't stop anyone from coming up. They never announce guests or food deliveries.
Trash room smells awful - not cleaned properly and the hallway smells terrible.
Elevators smell like...
