Go around the corner to Nails 31. I asked the lady repeatedly to let me soak a minute, but they dipped my feet in water got started. I told her the water was too cool and she did nothing. They cannot understand anything. I asked for a design on my big toe and she said, you have an ingrown toenail? I'm so disappointed.

I have known the shop owner for 9years now. He originally had a shop with his brother and they split up and got their own shops. Both are FANTASTIC. However, this particular brother hires people who are NOT professional nail artist! I NOR ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A NAIL SALON AND SEE lumps, imperfections, uneven nails (acrylic & finger nail) cut fingers, and over pricing for no reason. The...
