Stayed here for 1 night in a jacuzzi suite it was the smallest tub ever & dirty tv channels don't work lighting was super dim I had to use my iPhone flashlight to see bed linen was old & dirty as well I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE IT SUCKS Desk manager couldn't do anything he couldn't even...

Here for 5 nights on the third okay noise outside can't be helped with trains but ignorant fellow guests not acceptable kids running about till all hours and knocking on your door not good, will be looking for a move, this place feels more like a half way house than a hotel. Good place if you don't mind the subway for background noise, but on the positive side two train stations are really close the L train and the LIRR. Nothing really close to eat but delivery is an option.

Way too noisy

I stayed here for 1 night and was up all night. Left first thing the next morning for quieter quarters. Next to the train that runs all night, and there were people talking in the lobby all night right outside my door. One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Do not stay here.

Felt like I was sleeping on the Subway Train

This room was okay, could have been cleaner. The breakfast was a joke. The tv and safe in our room didn't work properly. The hotel was in a scary part of town and so close to the subway it felt like it was in our room. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel.
