I do nit recommend renting here. Read the reviews on other sites and you'll see that former residents can't stand this place.

it is under new management who seems to be upgrading quite a bit. My complaint is the neighbors. Rent is so high that several people live in each place and have no regard for other people's assigned parking, cleanliness or respect for noise after hours.
