He is an excellent doctor but he NEEDS to tell his receptionist to book his patients in a way that they do need to wait forever. I have visited him four times in the past and each time I had to wait more than an hour. Hello!!! My experience with dr. Lewis prior to this was similar I waited for over an hour just to be walked into a room to have my Vital Signs taken driving all the way from Bremerton to see dr. Lewis for a galleon cyst and waiting for an hour and a half felt as a patient that my time as a patient was not important nor was it valued. when I questioned the staff about the wait I was told in an hour plus...

Really zero stars. I was a new pt so I called before my apt time to ask if the dr was running on time. I was told he was.1 1/2 hr later sitting in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hrs. When I asked the receptionist why wasn't I told this on the phone when I called she acted offended & said they only tell their elderly pts they are running behind.I got in he gave me a cortisone shot that hurt like...

He is like the doctors I've seen in the past who actually seemed to CARE about his patient. He listens, asks questions pertinent to the issue to fully understand the problem and then discusses the options and outlines the treatments available. One never feels like just another number of boat payment.
