Receptionist or front desk office not friendly at all. So hard to get and appointment. They always promise to return my call if there's an available but never did call me. My husband even told Dr. Tondo about the situation and promise in front of my husband that they will call me....but till now nothing. So disappointed. No complain about Dr.Tondo,
