Extremely Unprofessional owner

We have discontinued using Leucadia Glass for any of our jobs. Their service, quality of work, and reliability has deteriorated. Extremely Unprofessional owner.

I needed a small piece of glass replaced, and was dreading coming into a commercial glass place with such a small order. I also had questions and fully anticipated that they would treat me like I was bothering them. When I went in, I was greeted by a very friendly older gentleman (owner?) who listened to me patiently & explained my choices clearly. He then called me with a reasonable price...
