I had ordered a pool cover on Nov. 26, 2009. They told me it would take 5-7 days. It is now Dec. 23, 2009. Two weeks after initial order I had come in and inquire about the cover. Employee said he would look into it. No telephone call. So I had to call and employee's only response was it's probably on back order. So I told him to call and verify. Still no call back.
