I returned a rubber ducky pool thermometer to their store today as the thermometer i purchased fell apart after two months. Fully expecting them to replace this $12 item at not cost the best they could offer was 10% off - terrible customer centric practice to say the least. They have lost me for good as a customerBRUTAL

I rented 2 parking spots here for my business. Though the valets are super nice and awesome the manager of the hotel is a total jerk. The lot is a valet lot, so we left a copy of the key of each...
