The landlords are a bit nosy. You feel you can't park anywhere, have family or friends there without them knowing about it and making comments about it from time to time, even if your visitors are quiet. The complex is generally quiet with the exception of the asst managers loud motorcycle that revs incredibly loud in the morning. The price of the rooms is pretty good compared to other bay area...

Parking is the worst in this place. Maybe it was a quiet neighborhood a while back, but now, you hear everything from kids crying every night, to people fighting. The walls and floors are really thin that you hear everything your neighbor does. There are only 4 washers and dryers catering to about 120 tenants. Overall, not a good place (nor neighborhood) to live.

The property manager Nicole is rude and unproffesional! I went in to look at a 1 bedroom apartment and she replied to me and asked if I was crazy! Apparently they didnt offer 1 bedroom apartments! They should change their posting online because it's false advertising! Ive never met anyone who was so rude in my life!

Quiet, country setting. While the building is not secured, it does have inside halls. The manager and assist mgr have always been helpful. The grounds and common areas are kept clean.
