I had terrible experience with Legend 3 - the opposite of every other review on this website and the references that I was given. After having worked with the owner and his crew, I can't fathom how anyone could give this company a positive evaluation -- they did not clean up or respect my building's work guidelines. I was not informed of changes or issues, materials were changed and installed...

Everything was terrific. The guys came on time, cleaned up, left on time, kept the building in fine shape, the work was excellent, the estimate was right on and the work kept to schedule. I was kept informed of any changes and issues, my wants and needs were respected, and the apartment looks great. Legend 3 went above and beyond my expectations.

We had a great experience with Legend 3. Peter, the owner, was outstanding to work with. He was available all the time by cellphone, came up with great ideas, didn't "nickel and dime" us, lived up to his word, and best of all, did great work. I highly recommend him and his company. We couldn't be happier!

He cleans up as he work. He is very serious, dedicated to his work. He does quality work in a business that is not always that way. He does quality work, gives good suggestions, good instincts for what needs to be done.
