I had a very negative experience. They lost my boot savers, returned the boots with heavy creases in them and glueing the soles took over a month to repair. I did call about the missing boot savers and was told it was MY problem and that they would take no responsibility. I would take the time to drive to Raleigh and get good service.

This is going to sound silly, but I brought a pair of shoes in here to get fixed, and they charged me three dollars!!! I mean a 100 dollar pair of shoes I would have thrown out. And they fixed them for less than a bud light up the street. Really impressed!Their selection of new shoes I can't really comment on, but if you need some repaired, bring them here!!!

These guys have a wide selection and are family run. In this day and age were mega chains leave you to wander around looking for God knows what Lees is a breath of fresh air. There not that hard to find. Any time I need a quality Shoe/Boot for myself or my kids this is were I go. Great selection of work boots.

I'm sad to see this business go down the hill. I have been a customer for over 20 years....back when I had to get my dance shoes dyed by you all. I moved to NYC years ago and would still bring my shoes in to be fixed when I would come visit my family in NC. I brought a boot in to have the zipper replaced on Nov 19th, 2012. Charlie told me it would take 2 weeks to fix it. Two weeks later it still was not fixed. When I returned home for Christmas on Dec 20th it STILL was not fixed.
