Lee's has been out to repair two refrigerators, both of which were not cooling properly. I got quotes from 4 other repair services, and Lee's ended up getting the job done for about 1/5 of what the other companies wanted to charge me. They were also extremely good about following up, showing up on time, and performing the work in a clean, timely and thoroughly professional manner.

I was referred to this company through Home Depot's extended warranty plan. The issue was with my washer and I called to confirm with this company that I lived on a military base. They assured me it would not be a problem to have a technician out to me. I took off work to be home when the person was suppose to arrive. I got the phone call saying he was on his way but he never showed.
