A Transfer's Nightmare

This school takes so much time to do anything. I made trips, half an hour to and hour long trips to this school, that were deemed ""necessary"" for one or two pages of paper that could have been faxed to me. The reps are knowledgeable to an extent. After speaking with the director of admissions, I concluded that an hour long, to 1 hour and a half interview would not be worth the stay at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Miami. After the rep told me I would have to pay ANOTHER 50$ application fee, after I had already done so at the San Francisco location, the director assured me...
